งาน Part Time บางนา ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการร้านสะดวกซื้อสาขาบนห้าง เปิดรับจำนวนมาก มีหน้าที่ดังนี้:

ตรวจสอบยอดขาย, วิเคราะห์ตลาด และเพิ่มยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆของสาขาให้มีความเหมาะสม เพื่อทำให้เกิดผลกำไรตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
จัดทำแผนอัตรากำลังคนของสาขาในแต่ละเดือน ให้มีพนักงานเพียงพอในการทำงาน
ติดตาม และประเมินผลพนักงานในสาขา
ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการทำงานของสาขา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
บริหารจัดการงานและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าภายในสาข า สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้า

เงินเดือน: 18,000 - 25,000

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

ช./ญ อายุ ประมาณ 26 – 40 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานผู้จัดการสาขาอย่างน้อ ย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจ Retail เช่น Big C , Lotus, คาร์ฟูร์, Family mark , 7-eleven จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการและมีความเป็นผู้นำ
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและสามารถทำงานตามเวลาเปิด-ปิดของห้างสรรพสินค้าได้
